  • @melodyg - thanks! I have no problem with drinking water as such, but with temps below zero, I simply feel even colder :) @MissPatty584 - I often do too, as I don't use sugar or anything like that, but I do my best to drink 6 glasses of water at least.
  • @Nina1007 - I enjoy water on a daily basis, especially when it's warm/hot outside :) In winter though, not so much. I might drink more tea as a solution.   • I did an 8 day juice fast... Was hard on the nerves, lol, as I was hungry for the first 5, lost around 5kg (and kept it off for almost a month now), felt good by the end of it with more energy and an amazing sense of smell :) If you want more details, send me a message! :)
  • At this point - whenever I can with whatever I can :) In the mornings on Tue and Thu mostly, as I start late in the day (usually), on other days - whenever I get the chance to squeeze in at least 30 min.
