Turkey. CRISPY for starters. Yum for seconds. I used to hate eating bacon because of all the fat. How can you eat the fat (which has no taste) and be happy? Dunno. Not me. Turkey bacon IS real bacon to me.

Steak, Pork (I am not a vegetarian of any sort), Chicken on the bone (ew Poltergeist...lol). Spicy foods, nearly all pop, oysters, Starbucks! (<--- is that food or just crap?).

Well I don't think I'll ever bake alone again...yesterday I racked up a nice bit of calories doing exactly that - baking and eating. Dang, those oatmeal chocolate chips were so yummy. =X

I am a single mom and a full time insurance agent. My job is mostly butt-sitting on...so I like to push my chair to the wall and stand, or squat down. No, don't feel guilty! We are SUPPOSED to eat our fruits and veggies. Of course we don't want to overindulge on anything, but people are starting to put way too much emphasis on sugar intake here. Fat and muscle are composed of totally different cell structures, one cannot become the other. You can also not target an area and only lose fat there. FYI :wink:

I do, unless I take just a "sip" of something. I just want everything on my log to be accurate. Sometimes people don't realize what the drinks actually contain, and it's nice to be able to go back and reference it. Those calories, however few, are still calories. On the rare occasion that I have a diet pop, I still log it.

I use Aerobics, low intensity for warm ups / cool downs. Then I use the Aerobics, high intensity for what would be referred to as "in the zone". The calories seem to be pretty darn accurate when logging workouts, in my experience.
