I get up to 190s when I run. Always have even at my fittest. My resting is usually high 90s low 100s. Thats a question for a doctor though. Because it varies by individual.

Don't dive into lifting heavy weights or hard core cardio. Try just walking or walking on a treadmill on an incline. Just keep it with baby steps right now. Eventually, you'll want to walk longer, or walk faster, or even jog because you feel the energy to do so.

The key is to take it one day at a time. Try to weekly add something new that you're going to try to do to stay healthy, whether it be drinking 8oz of water, making sure you get in at least 30 min of exercise a day, or to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies in one day. Bake it 20 min on one side and then when you flip it, add salsa, bake for another 20 then add cheese on top and put it back in til the cheese melts. Yum Yum! Thats really weird. I hate to ask but is it a possibility that your TOM could be coming up? But I mean 1/2 inch somewhere is a lot in less than a month. Plus shes having you do cardio and strength training so you are building muscle. Just see it through and I'm sure you will be happy you did.

If you're still losing weight, I wouldn't worry about it. Once you hit a true plateau then its time to change that.

I can't stand cake anymore. It tastes like granulated sugar. Anything flavored with sweeteners is WAY too sweet for me. And anything made at a restaurant is way too salty!

You can find 30 Day Shred at Best buy, walmart, meijer, etc etc. Its a pretty common workout. I just went to best buy yesterday and bought a ton of her dvds because while I love her workouts 30 day shred was too repetitive for me. So I'm just going to do a Jillian Michaels workout every day :)
