38/Male, 6'7" tall and started at 315, 50ish days later i am down 38 lbs and looking for another 30-40 to go.

I would set out something to eat that wont destroy your diet...I have an entire package (4 cups prepared) of sugar free jello premade waiting for me if i feel the urge to late night binge.. (80 calories), everything else in my fridge requires prep work which I am not going to do at 3 AM.

I always think of finding quality people to befriend with crabbing. Toss in the net knowing that 90% of what you haul in is gonna have to be thrown back. BTW what is a 5:2 diet?

I would say have whatever and then get back to normal the next day. I have been working very hard to drop pounds so that I CAN have extreemly bad days guilt free.

When you origionally set up your goals you should have been prompted to set your daily activity levels. If you put you sit around all day (lowest slug setting, and my personal setting) then i would include anything above and beyond that. If you set yourself as more active then i think you have alredy accounted for that…
