I worked with a trainer for 4 months, and he put me on 1700 calories total, so I customized my mfp tracker for that, I do not count my exercise calories into mfp but I note it...it is included in the 1700 calorie total...90% of the time I am pretty right on...I have my carb days though:)

I lost 90 pounds with WW...it took 2 1/2 years...then PP came and the cost thing...so I quit and then I found mfp thru a friend back in August...I love mfp...it is free and I use it to track everything I do, I feel like I didn't quit anything if anything I feel like I work harder towards my goals because I see true numbers…

Awesome post!!! thanks for sharing...I have lost 85 pounds since I changed my lifestyle over 2 years ago, I so can relate to your story...I don't look as good as you:) but I am so much more healthy and feel good! I am still heading for a weight goal, but this is my life forever and I am loving it!
