If you look pretty and dry after a workout you are not doing it right. So sexy it is!

My first 5K time was 27'14" and my second was 25:06. In high school and college I could not run a 5K to save my life. It is all about training!

Totally jealous!! I had SOOO many people tell me that when I lost 100 pounds. I was in the normal BMI range. They were ALL people who were overweight. People get jealous and try to put you down because it makes them feel better. Don't let it get to you!

I am a runner! I lost 100 pounds about 8 years ago and then gained back about 40 ( most of those because I hurt my back and couldn't run and had to have surgery). My goal was to lose 38 pounds and I have lost 23 since joining MFP. I am currently 130 and I would like to get back to 115. Feel free to add me.

Working out will lift your spirits and make you feel better about yourself. Plus, when you are ready to move on, you will look and feel your best and that will make you that much more attractive to potential mates. I threw myself into working out and eating well when I went through a major breakup and I met my husband two…

I started today and I love Jillian! You look very fit so I would suggest not starting at level 1. I did not find level 1 challenging enough.

Welcome to MFP! This is a great site filled with lots of supportive and motivating people. It is a real eye opener when you first start logging, right? Stick with it and BE HONEST! Feel free to add me if you like.

Mine arrived yesterday. If my back is feeling better later I will start today.

When I started running, I could not even make it half a mile. Now, I run 4-5 miles with ease (and used to run 8-10). It is all about conditioning. Stick with it and you will surprise yourself. Just add on a teeny bit extra each time and you will work your way up to your goal.

My ultimate goal is 115. I would be happy with anything between 115 and 120, though.

Quitting cold turkey when you are an alcoholic is not wise - the withdrawal could be life threatening. You should taper off. Make a commitment to drink a little less each day until you are not drinking anymore.
