I'm a dental assistant & i swear by Nike Air or New Balance shoes. I like those because they fit my feet like a glove and my feet aren't sore after a shift.

I went out to eat with my husband & now we're watching 'The Town." Only thing we can do because we are about to be slammed with Tropical Storm Lee.

I've only worked out for a month, and every time I try to use the elliptical, it immediately makes my legs hurts. I'll conquer that elliptical one day!

I hate that extra gain! UGH! I definitely go to the gym & work harder because I usually get achy during TOM, and I don't want to get lazy & miss my workouts.

I like listening to club music when I work out-something about the beat in the songs keep me motivated.

Hey! My husband & I take multi-vitamin packs from GNC everyday and he also drinks EAS shakes as a meal replacement (has a lot of protein). We also do strength training and 30 minutes of cardio every other day. I've only lost 7 lbs so far, but he has lost 50 lbs. and kept it off for a year. Hope some of that info can help!

My husband is like that too...he won't say anything because he knows it's real sensitive to me. Also, men typically don't notice things unless it's super dramatic.
