I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 105. I'm satisfied with my current weight, but I feel I can lose a few more pounds. I don't think that number is too low, given my height and build.0

I'm 5'-3" and when I was in HS iwas 145 and a size 9. After 2 kids I would be happy at 150.0

I'm 5' 4.5'' and my goal weight is 150 by September of 2012, and to be comfortable/look good at the beach!!
Once i'm 150 (what my doctor recommends) depending on how i look, i might try for 145. we'll see.

5' 7.5" with a very small frame - goal weight 130.
I was 120 through most of college and looking back on those photos, I look too thin. So I'm setting my goal a bit higher at 130. I'm getting there!!0 -

I'm 5ft 1" and I'm aiming for 170 pounds. Before I've started really gaining weight, my weight was 125lbs. It took me 4 years to get up to 145lbs and then from there my weight went up.0
