  • My goal weight is 130-140...I am 5'4 and was always a size 2 (120lbs), but Im trying to stay away from that size. I want to be at least a size 4/6, that would be a great look for me.

    I'm a lil over 5' 5" (just had the drs office measure me today, I thought I was 5' 6" LOL) I want to be between 140 an 150. Right now I'm 181.

    I'm 5'3" and hoping to stay right around 125 :) As long as I'm below 130 I'm not gonna be too hard on myself!

    I am 43, 5'6" and hoping for a goal weight of 150....Less if that can happen. That would be 22 yrs ago pre-pregnancy weight....

    I'm 5'6.5 and my goal weight is 150 lbs. I'd like to get to 140 but feel I can best maintain 150.

    Hi, I am a tall lady (5'10.5") and I prior to having a baby I weighed about 135 on average. After having a baby I have fluctuated but when I started MFP in April I was 170 (just 15 lbs less than when I was 9 months pregnant!). My goal is 140, which is about a size 7 or 9 on me. So I'm just curious about everyone else! Our bodies are all so different! I'm interested in gaining more friends that are built like me. Thank you in advance! <3

    I have the same stats and story but I'm 5'2"...imagine how 175lbs looked on me...hehehe. I was 135 prior to baby, and 175 when i started MFP. My goal listed here is 150, but I really want to be 145-140.

    I am 6' 1" and my goal weight is 240, but when I reach that I might decide on 230, I weigh 245 now....
  • 5' 4" and 120 is my goal weight.

    it used to be 115, but once i got there a few years ago it was too hard to maintain.

    Join the club babe!! I'm 5'10 and my goal was 145, then 135 and now I weigh 129. Still have some toning to do but I am thin enough to be happy without looking grossly thin.

    At my smallest I was 169 lbs and a size 12 and that is what my goal is now. I am 5'9 and CW is 245 lbs.

    I'm 35 years old, 6 feet tall. My current goal is 190lbs. I want to keep some curves, at that point I'll re-evaluate.

    sorry to sound like your mom, but i think some of you are shooting for too thin. the best indicator is usually go look at the BMI tables and figure out what would be the middle of the healthy range for your height. or don't lose weight but try and tone up and gain muscle. i used to have problems with being too low a weight and it put me at risk for all kinds of health issues and i felt horrible. at my lowest i was around 110 lb for 5'5" and i think that's too thin. hollywood weights are not realistic weights. for me, my goal is 130 and i am about 5'5". I'm not sure what size that is but i used to wear an 8 and would like to get back to that level. I wear a 10 now and I'm not ok with that. I have 16 lb to go.

    I am 4'11 and 3/4. My CW is 126 and my goal is to be around 115 and toned!! When I started on here I was 130 and not physically fit at all. I want to get rid of this dreaded muffin top!!

    That's really hard to judge without knowing how someone is built.

    I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 105. I'm satisfied with my current weight, but I feel I can lose a few more pounds. I don't think that number is too low, given my height and build.

    I'm 5'-3" and when I was in HS iwas 145 and a size 9. After 2 kids I would be happy at 150.

    I'm 5'9 and my goal is 155 toned. I don't want to be thin, I want to be toned, healthy and curvy. I think that's what looks best on me. Congrats on your baby.
