  • Yes, you still count it as fat even though it is "good fat" Good fat just means that it isn't bad for your heart, cholesterol, or clog your arteries. It's actually good for your heart but it is still high in calories so it should still be accounted for when you are counting calories.
  • Hey everyone! I see everyone talking about how MFP lists your sodium requirements. Mine just lists calories, carbs, fats. How can I get it to list everything? Thanks!
