What's a "good fat"?

Ok, so my new love is Cocoa Roasted Almonds. However, a 100 calorie pack of those has 8 grams of fat! Everyone tells me not to worry about that because almonds have "good fat". But I do still count it as fat grams for the day, right?

Yes, you still count it as fat even though it is "good fat" Good fat just means that it isn't bad for your heart, cholesterol, or clog your arteries. It's actually good for your heart but it is still high in calories so it should still be accounted for when you are counting calories.0
