Hi, Dont get me wrong I was doing really well on EM2WL, and lost 5 inches from my waist alone and 5%BF ( I am quite big) but I let life get in the way and have got 'flabby'. I think I stopped the weights but carried on eating more! :/ It was a struggle getting my head around it but no matter where I looked on the net it…

ooo can you add me to the group please, i've had a bit of a wobble and reverted back to old ways but after putting all the most of the inches I had lost lifting back on I can see it is the way forward. I think i needed that for my own mind to prove that it was the way to go. could really do with some encouragement and…

I have been told by my trainer at the gym that if you start drinking when you are thirsty you are already dehydrated, I always drink at least 4 pints a day and like other have said it helps keep you regular and my skin is so much clearer. I also find I get headaches now if I don't drink as much. It has definitely helped…

I have just weighed myself on my original scales ( the ones that needed new batteries ) and it is a pound different ( less ) to the docs scales so will stick with them! How can I change the start weight then? so I get an accurate reading from now on.

mmm might be scales, I used my Wii fit the first time as the batteries in my scale were flat, got weighed at the docs today and 11 pounds had arrived somewhere! I am also in the UK is there a difference between UK pounds and American?
