I'm curious based on old threads I've been reading through.
Mine is awful... Usually about 96.

Between 60-68. It's always been low, though.0

Mine is right at 60 although it's medicated. This morning as I got on the bike, it was 38. It didn't stay there very long though.0

Mine is in the 70s I believe...I'd have to check my HRM again b/c I know it's stored in there...what's your BP normally? I've heard mine is on the low side usually 96-98 over 62-660

Mine used to be over 110. My entire life, even when I was relatively thin as a child and teenager.
Then I started being really active and it is now 52 bpm.0 -
I just got an HRM yesterday. Mine appears to be around 65-69. It has been as low as 59 and got to 143 when I was climbing the stairs this morning. We'll see what it gets to tomorrow during Zumba.
My BP is usually on the lower end of normal range as well.0 -
Mine is upper 50's-low 60's. I always thought that was pretty low but IDK.0

50 bpm...it was in the 40's when I was doing cardio.0

I haven't had it measured in a while, but the last time (6-7 mo ago) it was 67.0

My resting heart rate is 60 BPM.0

Generally in the mid 50s.0

84 right now. It's really hot in here, which might be affecting it, but I know it's pretty high.
It also gets embarrassingly high when I exercise. Like, 180-190. During cardio. I hope this is something that changes as I get in better shape!0 -
Mine's somewhere right around 60, probably low 60s. Although I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, I've been exercising regularly for close to 2 years.0
-
My average is about 65bpm. It averaged in the 80s at the beginning of the year before I got back into exercising regularly.0

Mine is around 80.. I know it's not great either... but it will get better. :bigsmile:0
-
60 but at the beginning of the year I got sick and ended up in ER, there it was only 45!!0

46 - 49. On the flip side I can still talk during the step classes I teach to 195 - 198, but any higher I lose my ability to speak and at 205 I hyperventilate.0

Mine has always been on the high side too. About a year ago it was in the low 90's, my doc made me see a cardiologist. My heart is fine, I was just really, really out of shape. Several months of bootcamp later, my HR dropped into the low-mid 70's.0

58-620

My medication makes mine a bit lower, so I am around 50. 100/50 I have always had a low resting rate, but when I started my medication it lowered my metabolism0
-
Mine varies from 68-72 bpm sometimes lower since I am medicated.0
-
55-60. I do lots of cardio most days of the week.0
-
Mine is always around 115. I also have an irregular heart beat occasionally.0
-
51-530

Mine's usually around 115 to 120, hoping it goes down soon. I've been exercising steadily for 2 months.0
