  • Im a size 12 after starting at a 16, but I too am trying to get down to a 8.. I feel thats a good place for my frame and my height etc.. But i agree with others its all in how you feel.
  • I would start by walking a distance say 5km, when you feel comfortable with that, run for 2 minutes walk for 10 minutes, and keep increasing the running amount until you are running the whole thing.   • I find buying bagged salads and a bottle of dressing and leaving it in the fridge at work is a good idea. Also try making a half a turkey and veggie sandwhich and adding sme fruit and fresh vegetables to go with it.
