My husband decided to boil some ribs and marinate them overnight in BBQ sauce. He has now decided to make me dinner and I dont know how to calculate the calories in the ribs, all I know is they are pork ribs in suace. LOL
can anyone tell me how to figure it out using my food scale?

Cut the meat off the bone and register the meat and sauce separately

I'd go one step further...maybe easier?...then look up pork BBQ or pulled pork and use that.
Ribs are yummy but full of calories....

To add my two cents -- try going to "The Daily Plate" website because you may find a complete calorie count for the ribs with and without bones & sauce. I found alot of items there that are not loaded in the database.
