Cut the meat off the bone and register the meat and sauce separately0

"Cut the meat off the bone and register the meat and sauce separately "
I'd go one step further...maybe easier?...then look up pork BBQ or pulled pork and use that.
Ribs are yummy but full of calories....0 -

To add my two cents -- try going to "The Daily Plate" website because you may find a complete calorie count for the ribs with and without bones & sauce. I found alot of items there that are not loaded in the database.0
