Hi there ! I am also in the UK and have been on this site since beginning of August .... I have sent you a friend request ! T xxx
-
You haven't had a period since you had it fitted ?? Wow how lucky are you !!! I still get mine every month .... although they are nothing compared to what they used to be lol !
-
I've had it fitted for 3 years and it's the best thing I ever did ! As for problems with weight-loss .... last year I lost 44lbs (Jan - July) and this year since August I have lost another 24lbs ..... so no problems for me !
-
When I started it I put it under 'Circuit Training, General' for 27 mins ..... but the only true way to get your calories is to get a HRM (which I did).
-
I usually do mine in the oven ..... with lemon juice and black pepper and wrapped in foil. I have it with salad and new potatoes.
-
I went for a curry with friends a few weeks ago and I ordered a Tandoori Mixed Platter .... it came with salad instead of rice and there was sauce but it was in a separate bowl so I was able to control how much I had.
-
Woooohoooo that's fantastic hun ..... sooooo pleased for you
-
Hi Steve ! Welcome and good luck ! I'm from Stoke on Trent ..... please feel free to add me as a friend if you wish :drinker:
-
Absolutely amazing hun ..... very proud of you ! Well done :drinker:
-
Done to here !
-
The only accurate way is to get a Heart Rate Monitor ..... before I got mine I used to log it as Circuit Training, General on the MFP database .
-
There are lots of cardio exercises I can choose from so I used 'Cross Training' ... not sure if it's right of not but at least it's logging it lol !
-
It's an app that you can download onto your phone that tracks various exercises .... walking, running, cycling, aerobics etc ... I don't think Jillian Michaels should be logged as aerobics and I don't know what to log it as lol !
-
Anybody ??
-
Thanks ! I Googled it and I think if I turn off the data roaming while I am out walking and then use the wifi at home when I get back it should be okay.
-
I have just downloaded the Endomondo app for my Blackberry ..... does it use a lot of data allowance does anybody know ?? I have also added everyone who has put their user names down - I am TraceyTee on Endomondo :D
-
Absolutely fantastic Mel .... so proud of you !!!
-
I have a large chest as well but I wear my chest strap under the ladies so it is held in place by them and my bra lol !

So pleased that so many people are giving 30DS a go ! Today I started 6 Week 6 Pack followed by Ripped in 30 (both by Jillian Michaels) ...... I must be mad lol !

-
Good luck with Level 2 .... I actually detested Level 2 lol !!

No diet in particular .... I eat a pretty healthy diet anyway, lots of fresh veg, chicken etc but since starting with MFP I have been trying to keep pretty much to the 1200 calories (a few more sometimes). I also started a Boot Camp during my last week of 30DS and that was a detox diet for the first week. It wasn't as…

I totally agree with this ! Don't 'pre-watch' the levels ! If I had done that I would never have started the damn thing lol ! But it is really worth it ! I just finished it on Tuesday - you can see my results on my blog here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Tracey_Tee

I think you are to do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days and then Level 3 for 10 days - that's what I did. But, I do think people do their own variations on it as they get fitter. Also, BUMP pushes a topic back to the top of the board and also if you put it on a thread it then goes into your list of topics posted so…
