I saw somewhere that it was $9.99 a month or you can pay $49.99 for a full year.

I have a FT7 as well and love it! I have noticed the same thing- that my calories burned in the same workout can vary quite a bit. But think about it, are you really working out exactly the same? For me, some days I am better at pushing myself harder than others. Sometimes I am tired, a little under the weather, or…

Workout gear can be quite pricey if you go for name brands like Under Armor, LuluLemon, Athletica, and MPG. I personally really like MPG, but I can't afford to buy their stuff all the time. A lot of my workout clothes come from Kohl's too (I like Tek as well) or from Target, the Champion brand. I have also bought workout…

There's tons of fellow Long Islanders here in Charlotte! I moved here from Nassau County back in 1997 and I love it here. Even though traffic sucks, it doesn't compare to the LIE or Old Country Rd in rush hour or spending 3+ hours a day taking the LIRR and subways to get to work! Plus, you can't beat the weather.

I have passed that placed a million times and always wondered about it. I will have to try it now.

Have you ever tried a place called The Wine Vault? They usually have live music on the weekends at the one by me (in the University area).

I am in east Charlotte, near 485 and Harrisburg Rd. It's kind of in between Mint Hill and Harrisburg. I love my house and my development because it is a much more mature development (over 50 years old) than most places in Charlotte. However, my side of town is severely lacking in restaurants and shopping. One of these days…

I'm 5'2. My heaviest weight was back in 2005 at 181 pounds. I was in a tight size 14 then. I fluctuate a bit, but I'm down to about 130-133 pounds now and am in between a size 4 and 6. I still would like to get rid of my soft middle, but I think that maybe be nearly impossible at this point.

Wow, your story is really eye-opening! Thanks for posting this.

Probably 160-170 pounds. I'm 5 feet 2 inches tall.

I have done WW before and have had nothing but good experiences. The only thing I can say is that you need to find a leader/meeting that works for you. You have to "shop" around a little to find your right fit. Not every leader is good for every WW member. You need to find one that you connect with. As far as the leader…

I have a weird body shape. I guess it's an hourglass because my hips and chest are in proportion and I have a small waist. However, I have very thick limbs. My arms and legs are like tree stumps.

I have a tramp stamp on my lower back. It really didn't hurt at all. I could have fallen asleep while having the tattoo done.

Best advice I ever got when trying to maintain: change nothing! Keep doing what you've been doing.

When I realized that my sister who is 8 inches taller than me weighed less than me when she was 5 months pregnant! Yikes!

I take a one-a-day multivitamin and Vitamins B 12 and D since I was low in those. Definitely try the B 12 one and see if you notice any difference. It can't hurt!

Get those stretchy bands. They're cheap, easy store, and easy to travel with. You can get them at Walmart or Target. You can do bicep curls, hammer curls, overhead curls, tricep curls, etc.

5'2" here. I guess that makes one of the taller ones! Wow! I'm at 130, hoping to get down to... not quite sure, wherever I feel good about myself.

I've done this and you definitely feel it the next day!!

Fresh mint leaves and fresh cucumbers

Congrats on getting to goal! I would also suggest Pilates for toning up more.

What an inspiration! Congrats on your achievements!

That was very eye-opening! Thanks for sharing!

I do the gum thing as well. Right now my obsession is with Extra Dessert Delights in mint chocolate chip flavor!

I see they have baked apples listed under their vegetables as well! LOL!

Thank god NC doesn't have your weight on your license! OMG, that's awful! Anyway, to answer your question, yes, I am back at my college weight (I'm 37 years old). Woo-hoo!

I'm in Charlotte, NC!

I've been on triphasil for about 16 years. I did experience the nasuea and vomitting in the beginning. Then I started taking the pill after I ate breakfast and really made a difference. I now can take the pill on an empty stomach and it doesn't bother me, but it did the first several months I was on it.

I watched that show for the first time recently. I was quite interesting to see how other people eat. I know it's a UK based show, but I still found it odd how often they show the people featured on the episode in their underwear! Is that really necessary?!
