Any of Leslie's walking videos are good for people living in upper levels. Jillian Michael's Body Revolution...requires jumping as you progress through the workouts so I wouldn't advise that one. I'm on my 3rd week and the jumping has started.

Thank God I made it through workout 3. I don't like that workout.

I'm in week 3...I added extra 3 days a week...but next week instead of cardio in the next weeks...I'll be doing addition circuit training at the gym with a group I belong to who are doing a biggest loser challenge. So on M-W-F I'll have morning and evening circuit training.

I'm in the 3rd week and I was in same shoes as you are. Keep at it you will see a difference.

I used the light resistance band Monday my first time using workout 3 and it was something. I will use medium next week when doing 3 but this week to get use to the workouts I'm doing light.

I can't do the 10 in Phase 1.

Cardio 1 is done...along with a 2 mile walk...that took 32.31

Workout 4 done...for the first time...and even with so much weight use...my favorite workout so far.

I figured the intensity would increase...but I should have warned my shoulders and quads. I'm seriously feeling it....however I did love it and yoga aspects of it as well.

Started workout 3 today! How is it you love something that kicks all of your *kitten* (excuse my French)? By shoulders and quads hate me so much right now.

I just completed my last workout 2 of the 1st half of phase 1. I'm looking forward to seeing what workouts 3 & 4 will be like next week. I know Jillian will kick it up some but I'm ready...doing the first 2...I can notice a difference in my strength and endurance.

I'm going to keep getting in at least a 2 mile walk twice a week but aiming more for 3.

I started on Monday, February 4 weighing in at 225 and I lost 5lbs the first week.

I lost 5lbs the 1st week...but I walked on 2 days for 2 miles on top of the cardio with the program and I did her detox water as well.
