Im the same way if i get mad or upset the food is where i go. Thanks for the tips and for the post. I have learned that if i am going to eat to go more for the fruit and veggie option and not the fast food or junk food. it was hard at first but if i am going to get healthy then i need to think before i eat.

I log in almost hourly at work and sometimes i will forget on the weekends but i always make sure to put the info in asap. with help from others and seeing just how well they are doing i know that i can remember to be on here more. please add me if you so choose to.
