If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! You do not need to do theses all at one time break them up through out the day.
Be sure to brag when you’re done!

    I attempted to do them all in a row. I had to rest for a count about 4 times.

    I tried but couldn't quite finish as they are really hard on my lower back.
