I need support

Trying to get back on track after letting myself go for the last year. My bf is very supportive but I still really struggle with emotional eating and am having trouble keeping my workouts going. Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you.

Find other, healthier, coping mechanisms. Instead of reaching for the potato crisps when down, go for a walk. Call friends and talk about what is bothering you (or anything but that, whatever works), tell your boyfriend and get him to entertain you until the cravings go away. Distraction is key--and creating ways to deal with your emotions that are not food related. Good luck!0

Im the same way if i get mad or upset the food is where i go. Thanks for the tips and for the post. I have learned that if i am going to eat to go more for the fruit and veggie option and not the fast food or junk food. it was hard at first but if i am going to get healthy then i need to think before i eat.0
