I always start retaining water around ovulation and hold onto until I start my period. I weigh everyday and look at my trending weight so it doesn't really bother me when I go up a few pounds. I know that my weight will go back down around Day 2 of my period.

Have you updated your weight loss goals in MFP so it can recalculate your calories needed? I update mine every 10-15 pounds lost.

My husband and I use both Hello Fresh and Home Chef. We got into a bad habit of always eating out b/c we were terrible grocery shoppers/meal planners. I found that it definitely helps to brush/floss my teeth when I'm done eating for the night. I'm a lot less tempted to eat something that way.

I cook my own beans in large batches and freeze them in order to cut out the sodium. A cup and a half is about 1 can. I've also recently found some canned brands that don't have any salt added. It has helped out a lot since I eat beans almost every day.

Funnel Cake! It's a good thing it's not a very common food so I only have it like once or twice a year. However, once I smell one, I have to have one! My day-to-day type food that is my weakness would be any Asian cuisine (sushi, Chinese buffet, Phat Thai). These are my go-to foods on for my cheat meal :bigsmile:

I always base mine off of how many normal sized servings I get. So, if you normally get 8 bowls of chili out of the recipe, I would put down that it makes 8 servings (this is assuming that you use the same size bowl and fill it the same way)
