I step onto a plane and don't have the fear that everyone is staring at me or that I won't fit in the seat. I sit down, fit comfortably even with the arm down, and my seat belt easily buckles (and I have to tighten it). When I step off the plane, I head to my favorite theme parks and ride every single ride! I don't have to…

About 90lbs between these 2! Still have a ways to go, but loving the results so far!

I want to lose the weight that I recently gained over the past couple of months. I was down to 258 (from 330) and then holidays and stress/depression hit pretty hard so I got up to 274. I am down to 265 as of this morning - only 7 more pounds! Once I'm there, I can continue to strive to reach a new "lowest weight" every…

I don't have an official "after" yet. Here is my before and during! Down about 100lbs between these 2!

Hello! I'm Laura! I am a Disney-loving, Harry Potter-obsessed crazy cat lady! I have 5 cats of my own and also foster kittens for a local rescue. I enjoy watching hockey (GO AVS) and crafting - crochet, cross-stitch, cricut/vinyl, and some sewing! I am 35, 5'6, and currently 261lbs. At my heaviest back in 2016, I was…

About half-way to my goal!

I started in March 2019, then found out I had cancer in September 2019. Gained some weight while going through treatment, but started back up once it was over! I've lost all the cancer weight gain plus some! Glad to be back on track

Thank you so much! I had a minor pause in my weight loss due to a cancer diagnosis (hence the hair), but now that I'm cancer free, I want to be as healthy as possible. I feel so much better already!

I still have a ways to go, but I'm down about 75 pounds from my highest weight.

It's not take-out, but I use Freshly food delivery. They're fresh, pre-made meals that just require microwaving to heat up. They're $10/meal so I little more expensive than what you're paying for Panda Express. I hate shopping/cooking so it has worked well for me to stay away from fast food b/c they're just as convenient,…

Why do you want to eat out? Is is the social aspect? Don't like cooking? Are you really hungry at the end of the work day that you just want to eat and not have to cook? I personally fall into all 3 of these categories. I despise cooking, and then the eventual clean-up. When I started my weight-loss endeavor, I signed up…

ldenzel Weigh in day: Tuesday July - Week 2 PW: 296.6 CW: 298.8 Between the long holiday weekend and the part of my cycle when I always start retaining water, I was expecting to be up this week. I'm glad it wasn't worse. Back on track this week!

I keep a notebook in the kitchen by my scale. I weigh and log everything in the notebook while I'm making the food, and then add it to MFP once I have a couple of minutes to do so. I find that I am able to enjoy my food more when I'm not trying to look everything up while I'm preparing it.

ldenzel Week 4 June PW: 299.8 CW: 301.4 Pretty bummed. I ate pretty terribly over the weekend. Hoping for a better July!

My main reason is for my health. I'm only 34 and was always tired and sluggish. I didn't want to live the rest of my life feeling that way. My fun reason is that I'm going to Universal Orlando in November. I've been in the past and wasn't able to fit on quite a few of the rides. I really want to ride every ride in the park…

For me, it really depends on how much sodium I've had and the time of the month. I've had fluctuations last as long as 2 weeks, but I've also had a few that happen within a day or 2. I'd recommend downloading a weight trending app. I use Libra for Android. It has helped me worry less about daily fluctuations as it still…

When I'm preparing my meal, I write down the weight of everything I put into my meal. I then log it online once I've had a chance to sit down and enjoy my food. I found this takes up less time for me. I just keep a notebook in the kitchen next to my scale. I also tend to eat the same thing for lunch everyday. I just copy…
