    I am upset about this results but I really need to get it together. I have to try to log all my meals, I have no problem logging breakfast and lunch because I am at work. Once I get home and get going with my 3 kids I completely forget to log and I think I am eating more than I realize. My goal for this upcoming week is to log everything, and exercise everyday for at least 30 mins. I did do a really good job with water intake this week so that's the only good thing.

    Comments: Turns out that when you pre-log a workout, it doesn't post in your timeline. Logging it ahead of time gave me the push I needed to get it done, though, so I'm including pre-logging exercise as one of my healthy habits!

    I am heading to the beach for the weekend! Time with family and sand is what my heart and head need!!! I will try to be good, but who knows what temptations are in store this weekend. I am going to do a 30 min weight training class before we leave tomorrow morning so I at least burned some calories before sitting in the car for 4 hours!

    @colinwendy91 Great goals! Have you tried meal prepping or pre-logging for easy reach dinners? That is what I have to do for my lunches.

    I know that with strength training you retain water in the muscles...but I was SO close to being under 190 last week I was really hoping to get there this week...I'm pretty frustrated!

    After my weigh in, I think I can just have a cheat day I guess... Not a good mindset to have. My plan is to not eat out today and stay under my calories. Also I plan to walk on the treadmill for at least 25 minutes.
