    I know that with strength training you retain water in the muscles...but I was SO close to being under 190 last week I was really hoping to get there this week...I'm pretty frustrated!

    After my weigh in, I think I can just have a cheat day I guess... Not a good mindset to have. My plan is to not eat out today and stay under my calories. Also I plan to walk on the treadmill for at least 25 minutes.

    Comments: I was feeling a bit worn down this morning. Breakfast helped, but having a big lunch seems to have sent me back to 'I feel good' territory. Lots of fruit, whole grains, proteins, and veggies. Can't wait to rock my rest day workout! =^-^=

    Exercise: Yes! Walked 50 minutes on the treadmill and went 2.15 miles

    Was successful on all goals i set today! Did not eat out, stayed under and walked double the amount of time I said I would! Was finishing watching an episode of American Ninja Warrior while walking on the treadmill! I love that show and it really motivates me! I hope one day to be half as strong as they are on that show! Maybe one day!

    Are there any TV shows or podcasts that get you all motivated?
