Woohoo!!! From my last weigh in day, I successfully completed the accountability challenge everyday except for one! It truly paid off!
This next week is going to be quite a challenge. Going to head to Florida for vacation. Not sure what day I'm going to leave yet. Thankfully I'll just be staying at my mom's place, so there will be a kitchen there. I told her I don't want to eat out every meal. Just hoping I don't ruin my progress this far!

I am upset about this results but I really need to get it together. I have to try to log all my meals, I have no problem logging breakfast and lunch because I am at work. Once I get home and get going with my 3 kids I completely forget to log and I think I am eating more than I realize. My goal for this upcoming week is to log everything, and exercise everyday for at least 30 mins. I did do a really good job with water intake this week so that's the only good thing.2 -

Comments: Turns out that when you pre-log a workout, it doesn't post in your timeline. Logging it ahead of time gave me the push I needed to get it done, though, so I'm including pre-logging exercise as one of my healthy habits!2 -

I know that with strength training you retain water in the muscles...but I was SO close to being under 190 last week I was really hoping to get there this week...I'm pretty frustrated!4 -

After my weigh in, I think I can just have a cheat day I guess... Not a good mindset to have. My plan is to not eat out today and stay under my calories. Also I plan to walk on the treadmill for at least 25 minutes.
