    Morning everyone!! I’m back home and ready to undue the chaos that was my weekend. Not being in control of when or what you eat and activities is difficult. But after stepping on my scale “unofficially” I only put one 1/2 a pound from my weigh in last Wednesday. Had my workout already today and back to the grind.

    @evangsimmons170 - no It's through studio sweat on demand. A workout program I belong to. Its a gym in San Diego that tapes alot of their classes and gives online access to those of us who live far away! I love it for the spinning classes and the weigh training.

    I am shocked I actually lost any weight this week with being out of town, thank you all for the accountability to stay on track! 6 pounds from my vacation goal!!

    I am happy that I lost almost five pounds but I know that this has been a rough month and I could have done better. Lesson learned.
