There was a PB&J sandwich, chips & salsa, and an ice cream cone involved...yes...it was VERY tasty.2 -

Ah well, that's all the ice cream with my colleagues this week. But I'll forgive myself, 30 degrees celsius (and more) in the office was not fun at all. One has to keep some small pleasures in spite if the heat..

Sorry guys. I've been on vacation and I was hoping to eat better than what I have been doing. I knew this was going to be a challenge for me. I haven't logged at all. It is what it is. I need to accept it, move on, and just try to do better. I gotta keep reminding myself that this journey is not going to be perfect. My progress is not going to be a straight line going down. There are going to be many ups and downs.
TMI warning: Also it's about to be around that TOM. So I possibly have a bit of water weight added on.
