    It's a loss, so I will gladly take it, but I was hoping to get out of the 170's. I didn't make the best food choices this past weekend (high sodium intake) so I will make sure I get back on track and hopefully be in the 160's next week! 1 lb at a time gets you closer to your goal!

    I'm okay-- seizures aren't that unusual for me, unfortunately. I just had some pretty bad ones this weekend and have been having some memory issues. I'll be back up to snuff in a few days ^_^

    Exercises total of 48 min. Sat on that stationary bike for a killing of 5 min.

    Step machine a thigh killer for 3 min

    Recumbent bike for 15 min

    Pulled weeds for 20 min



    Then finished the work out with 5 min of lower body

    Water 8 cups

    An another good day never ate my exercise calories.

    Another week with no gain but no loss either, I haven't tracked very well this week and not kept to my weekly planner. Am aiming for at least a 1lb loss over the next week but would like more really.

    Exercises least got in total 30 min of full body work out. Before i had to babysit in a car all day.

    And i made it again by not eating work out calories so i hope to see a nice scale weigh in. In morining.

    @evangsimmons170 Froggy, plunk your magic twanger was a catch phrase that was used in a 1950's kids show. Jerry Buckner used the phrase in one of his songs and no one got the reference. So, when I got to meet Mr. Buckner this past week, we got a history lesson about a Froggy and a magic twanger :)
