Had a stressful day at work yesterday, so I decided to run my frustrations out at the gym after work. So I ended up doing an extra 1.5 miles yesterday and did 1.5 this morning.

When I woke up this morning I almost went back to bed, but somehow got y butt to the gym. Here's two more miles.

Got another 1.5 in before work today. It is starting to get easier the longer I stick to it. Today was day 9 straight of going to the gym in the morning. The goal is 30 days straight. I'm starting to feel like I can actually do this!!

That rest day yesterday (walking no jogging) was just what I needed. I managed to crank out two miles before work today without stopping. This is the longest consecutive mileage I have been able to go since I started up again.

Went to the gym before work this morning as always, but I was feeling a bit more tired than normal. Fitbit said I didn't sleep as well, so that's probably why. Anyway, decided to just walk for 45 minutes on an incline instead of jog, so no new mileage today.
