Well in total about a year if you dont count mt break. For about 3 years I stopped actively trying to lose weight, so I sat at about 150-160 lbs during that time.
-
I just followed the numbers MFP gave me, used a food scale and used my fitbit so I could eat back 50% of my exercise calories.
-
Thank you! I feel like a whole new person every time I look in the mirror.

Thank you! Honestly I just found an exercise I enjoy (running) and make sure to weigh everything. I use my fitbit to track my exercise and try to only eat back about 1/2 of my exercise calories. I don't restrict any types of food, I just practice moderation now. I am a strict move more eat less person. I also weigh myself…

Another 3 miles. 3red dayin a row I have been able to run 3 miles. New record for me.
-
Here's another 3. Also managed to shave 2:19 off my 3 mile time since the beginning of January.
-
5'5 here. I started off at 191 lbs and am down to 153. Still got a ways to go. My goal weight is somewhere between 125 and 130 lbs. Still I feel I have come a long way so far!

January was my first month doing the running challenge and I blew past my goal. Admittedly, I set it fairly low because I didnt have very much confidence in myself. This month, however, I'm really gonna push myself. If I dont make it, it is okay, but I am going to give it everything I've got.
-
Finishing off January 15.5 miles over my goal.
-
So far I'm 15 miles over my goal for January with a few days to go, so I am really going to push myself this month. I'm going to run 70 miles in February.
-
Now I an just trying to see how much farther I can go this month, so I can set a higher (realistic) goal next month.
-
2 miles over my target!!
-
So close!!
-
Only 3 more miles to meet my goal this month!
-
Thank you everyone! I will keep monitoring and if needed I will make some adjustments. I appreciate the help and insight!

@NovusDies Thank you! I guess my question is if Libra does continue to show 1lb over the next few weeks do I need tomake an adjustment even if I find 1800 sustainable?
-
I guess where I am struggling is I feel satisfied everyday. With 1800 calories I am still able to enjoy all my favorite foods (in moderation) and I feel full. I have been spreading my calories out over 3 meals, roughly 600 calories per meal.
-
@NovusDies I have about 3 weeks of current data from this calorie counting attempt. Tomorrow starts week 4. Overall, I have data on and off since 2015.
-
I'm so close! Two more days like today and I can reach my goal. Here's 3 more miles.
-
Another 2.5 down 9 (or more) to go for January.
-
Finally reached my goal of running 3 miles. I'm going to try to do that for a bit then it's time to work on speed.
-
Missed running yesterday, but here is another 2.5 for today.
