  • During construction I had to eat over 4,k calories to grow. But this calculator never gave me a caloric intake over 3600, so I'm basically wondering, how accurate this calculator is now that I'm using it? I tried using this calculator when I worked construction and at the time it told me to eat about 3300+ which was way…
  • I know that I am over think this but I also know what my goal is and how hard I am willing to work to reach it. I started bodybuilding 11 months ago at 130lbs and today I'm 170 and even leaner than I was at 130 and people think I'm on steroids or taking some type of growth hormone, but the truth is, that I've never had…
  • It works as long as your willing to loose weight. If you are trying to gain muscle and stay at low body fat than it won't work to well. If all you want to do is loose weight than go for it man. Best and fastest way to loose fat.
  • I decided to post this because I don't want to waste my 4th week of my lean bulk and I'm worried that I am actually losing weight and I don't want to weigh any less on my 4th week.
  • I read your post but didn't look at all the comments, which I'm sure there is great advice. I would like to help give my advice because I am allergic to milk, wheat and peanuts and because you decided to post this, means you are concerned about your diet without dairy products and I felt the same after i decided to stay…
  • Great advice! I appreciate the response and will be taking this approach on my days off. I couldn't ask for a better answers!
  • So it will be calves every other day for 3x a week. I train my abs for about 5 min every day. I have low body fat percentage but not enough to show a full 6 pack. I used to lack in my four arms until I started working them out twice a week. I just never tried working out other body parts every day besides abs which made me…
  • Red meat is known to swell red blood sells causing pressure on our heart, liver and kidneys.
  • That sounds awesome man! I am dairy and gluten free but I love red meat even this it is very bad for us. I'm curious how your weight gain will go from this diet. Sounds like some lean gains to me
  • I will beginmeasuring my food again! I just need some motivation. I have no friends who go to the gym so I'm doing this solo. Any help from others impacts me greatly
  • If anything I have been training harder because I was excited to bulk again. Nothing else has changed.
  • Your gonna gain a lot of fat. The slower you go the better for muscle Gaines and minimum fat gain
  • :) gotta be patient and stick with it! I remember my first 3 or 4 months I felt the same way, that my progress was slow. But you see yourself every day so you begin to get used to the size you are daily. Which means your not noticing the results that are truly happening. I'm 11 months in to my body building journey and I'm…
  • At this point, my question is again, should I cut to save/preserve muscle mass or will I be just as safe doing IF during my cut?? But also will I gain the same muscle mass during my bulk if I was to eat throught the day as I would doing IF with the same caloric intake??
  • Correct. But I'm wondering why there's argument if you can gain muscle size or not while IF? Can't find much about IF while bulking but most of the articles I read or videos I watch on IF say that it's harder to gain muscle mass. I am currently eating 3500 calories a day. Will I gain the same muscle mass if I eat the 3500…
  • SUNNYBEACH has said it! If this is your first year of putting on muscle size, than you have some advantage for muscle gain during fat loss. However, yes it will be slow. If your looking to get some serious muscle mass than I don't recommend trying it. If you just wanna be lean and meen than go for it
  • Eating thoes foods will most definitely NOT give you a six pack but will surely help you gain some mass. If you want to stay on a lean bulk than eat low car, low sodium, high calorie, and high protein meals. Like turkey, ham, cheese, yogurt, oatmeal and what not. If your having trouble eating 3k cal a day than you just…
  • I used to eat 20 bananas a day when I was a veggan (until I stopped gaining mass) If your not a veggan than I do not recommend it! Bananas are high carbs and will surely bump out your stomach making you feel bloated as can be! There is no secret ingredient in bananas to help you make some gains. I would recommend a few…
  • Didn't think of the message to make it worse but yes it does make sense to add more irritation from pressure. Thank you for the advice!
  • Wow, verry helpful information! The chart seams to connect the dots in my injury process. I had a muscle spasm a few weeks back. It was so bad I couldn't move my left side for at least an hour. I do train back and legs twice a week because there such large muscle groups. Legs being on Mondays and Fridays and back on…
  • I believe this to be the problem because when my wife is done destroying that knot, I can literally feel my calar bone adjusting as well as my shoulder. Im not 100% sure because I've never had this problem
  • I can try this. What do you think about shoulder workouts? Or other movements that I may want to avoid like military presses or squats???
  • I herd that as well. My wife has been rubbing it out pretty good with her thumbs and it hurts soooooo bad. I'm having soreness in my traps and left side of my neck. Could a knot this larg cause my whole left side of my upper back to be effected?? I have never had a knot this large before and I am worried about my future…
  • If you want to lose weight than watch your diet. Get a food scale and count them calories no matter how annoying it is. Do cardio to help lose body fat and lift a few weights to form your body more. Squats will workout many muscle groups, from your back all the way down to your calves. You can not target a specific area to…
  • You should be eating over 3k calories. Type your number in man!! That's what this app is for. It calculates everything for you. ???

  • Wow, that is definitely something I do not want. I will give it a week and see what happens. If it's still clicking and grinding than I will go in. I just wanted to get thee advice from someone who has the experience and I appreciate the advice
  • Could my injury be that dang bad from just rolling out of bed? I know I made it wors but I can't imagine screwing my arm up that bad from rolling over
  • Viewing the photo I believe I am currently at 10-12%. And to begin with I was probably at 6-7%. Before I started working out I had an 8 pack and barely workod out, just staying very active and was very skinny. Being at 12% body fat now, how long would it take me to cut down to 8%??
  • I think you read it wrong. At 175lbs the hand held monitor clocked me at 7.5%. I didn't mention my body fat before I started But I did happen to use the hand held monitor before I started and it clocked me at 3%, which I'm guessing I was 4-5%.
  • Will deadlifts and squats be considered abb workouts?? I do squats about 2 times a week and deadlifts about once. I don't have week abs, there just not showing like I would like them too
