I am having a hard time finding a listing for classes such as Bootcamp or High Low Intervals on the exercise log to see how many calories I burned. Could anyone suggest a substitute ? Have been using Circuit Training, but not sure that is the best fit. TIA.
Any suggestions for a pre-workout snack? I typically take classes at 6 am, (i.e. kickboxing, spinning, free weights). If there is too much in my stomach I tend to get nauseous.
