Pre-Workout Snack

Any suggestions for a pre-workout snack? I typically take classes at 6 am, (i.e. kickboxing, spinning, free weights). If there is too much in my stomach I tend to get nauseous. Not eating anything isn't a good option however. I usually have a graham cracker with a tsp or 2 of natural peanut butter, but am trying to reduce sugar. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
