Hi everyone! I'm on day 7 of Keto- and so far so good!
So I am down 5.5 lbs in the last 10 days on Keto, during this time I reached my initial goal weight that I set for myself in January of this year, I was having difficulty loosing, as my weight had stalled, so I thought I'd give Keto a try!
For those of you completing 30 day shred, are you doing any additional exercise? Thanks
