When I started my plan I was taking 2 shots of insulin a day (type II). After one month and ten days I had gotten down to no insulin at all. My last a1c was 5.7. So I'm one pound from my goal. My question is I have been weighing in the morning. Should I wait till my goal weight is my weight at night before bed to start on my maintenance phase?
