Exercises with broken pinky toe
I just broke my pinky toe. It went at a 90 degree angle away from my foot so it is taped to the toe next to it. I can walk on it, but would would rather not use that as my main exercise while it is healing. I don't have a gym membership, would this be a good time to start one and try weights or some other upper body…

When does losing weight slow down?
I lost a lot of weight, I started at 216 on October 10th, went down to 210 in one week, 204 in another week, this week I am 201 lbs. Has anyone had the Walmart Marketside All-american Grinder Cheddar Cheese Loaf?
My husband brought one home and I had 1/4 of it, but it has no calorie info on it. When I look it up, it says 136 calories for 1/4. That seems very low. This has cheesy bread, lots of meat, colby cheese, some lettuce and tomato. Does anyone have an idea what that could be calorie wise?
