Has anyone had the Walmart Marketside All-american Grinder Cheddar Cheese Loaf?

My husband brought one home and I had 1/4 of it, but it has no calorie info on it. When I look it up, it says 136 calories for 1/4. That seems very low. This has cheesy bread, lots of meat, colby cheese, some lettuce and tomato. Does anyone have an idea what that could be calorie wise?
