Hey all! Wondering how you guys mix your coffee and your protein? I mixed cooled coffee & milk with my protein but it had sort of a slightly powdery texture. Does anyone else experience that?
Hello, this past month I've started adjusting my diet and easily went from 140 to 134. I added in some exercise and now am at 129. However I can't seem to get any further.
