Going Over My Calorie Limit
I try really hard to keep within my calorie limit, but am still going over my goal. Could my calorie limit be set to low? I have trouble snacking in the evening hours as well.

Holiday Weight Gain
I gained 7 pounds during the holidays. I am having a terrible time getting back on track. I walk 4 to 6 miles daily for exercise, but eat to many snacks in the evening.This is defeating the purpose. I have lost my willpower. Help !!!
