1400 calories for maintaing weight
I'm 5'2 97.2 lbs I'm an 18 year old female . Is 1400-1475 calories really maintanence for me ? Myfitnesspal says I maintain at 1475 and my old nutritionist said rounded it to 1500 but I'm always hungry or at least I think I am . I have no idea what to do

I over ate badly what should I do ?
I over ate 5 out of 15 days I never went over 3,000 calories I mostly stayed in the 1900-2800 calorie range . My maintanence calories are 1471 . I feel so disgusting so today I've only had 930 calories I feel like it's to much . What should I do .. Should I restrict this week to make up for those 5 days of over eating ?

How often do you weigh in
I'm not sure when I should weigh myself and I want to know when all of you do so maybe I can get an idea of when I should . Also is it normal to gain a pound or two directly after eating or drinking ?

Running/jogging three days a week
:) I just started to run/ jog three days a week for 30-45 minutes . Is this enough exercise to burn fat ? I want to become lean I want abs . I was thinking of doing one day a week of core strength for 30 minutes .. Would that work ? Also I have ballet once a week for about an hour . My stats are : 5'2 96lbs 18 year old…

Should I log my Polar ft4 exercise calories
Okay so I'm an 18 year old female 5'2 and 96lbs . I received my polar ft 4 in the mail yesterday and I've been logging my calories burned based off of my hrm . I kind of feel like I shouldn't have logged them :| .. Because I'm not 100% sure how accurate hrm's are . So should I continue to log my exercise calories or not ?…

Calories burned running for 30 minutes
Im an 18 year old woman and I'm 5'2 and 97 pounds how many calories would I burn if I ran/jogged for 30 minutes . I ordered the polar ft 4 it should be here in three days but in the mean time I'd like to know how many calories I'm burning or close to it .

Rounding up my calories
Okay so I'm 5'2 and I'm 18 and 97lbs my doctor said my daily calories are 1500 but she rounded it up . I don't understand ... To maintain I need 1470 but if I eat 1500 I'd gain slowly . So should I eat 1470 or just round it up ? I really don't want to gain weight that's Definetly not the goal
