Should I log my Polar ft4 exercise calories

Options
Okay so I'm an 18 year old female 5'2 and 96lbs . I received my polar ft 4 in the mail yesterday and I've been logging my calories burned based off of my hrm . I kind of feel like I shouldn't have logged them :| .. Because I'm not 100% sure how accurate hrm's are . So should I continue to log my exercise calories or not ? My Hrm seems legit I'm just so paranoid I guess . Do you log your exercise calories ? :)

I always log my exercise/workouts using my polar ft7 hrm.

I log my cardio based off my FT4.

I just got one of these, too! I've been logging 88% of my Polar FT4 HRM calorie burn since I read that it can overestimate calories as much as 12%. I log exercise, but do not always eat back all of the calories if I don't feel hungry. Hope this helps.

I log whatever my HRM says. I wouldn't have bought it if I wasn't planning on using it for that reason.

I log based off my polar HRM. I typically eat back about half my exercise calories, more if I'm hungry or have a scheduled treat that day :)
