I entered little to no exercise and it said 1539 I don't really exercise much I walked slow today for 30 minutes , which is not much exercise . Still not sure which caloric amount I should choose

Omg :D I just remembered something that's helping me .. I buy my food for the day daily so I don't have a whole bunch of food in my house , which prevents binges

I'm also recovering from an ed . I only have one piece of advice for you and it's that you have to want to recover and eat right badly . I believe you can do it . Did your doctors give you a meal plan ? Follow that and don't exercise to much because then you'd be burning too many calories and you'll lose more weight which…

I don't want to lose that much weight I want to work on becoming lean . I was asking how I should do that and if jogging 30 minutes three days a week would help with that . I was not asking for suggestions about anything that's has nothing to do with this .
