I'm terrible for trying new foods (I do make myself try when I can) but for now does anyone have any easy, simple recipes for someone who is a fussy eater?

So I originally selected sedentary, but someone said I should have selected lightly active? I changed my calorie goal and it shows on the home page but not in my food diary? Help :(

Calf tightness in the evening??
I've started running regularly just before my evening meal. Later in the evening I get this tight feeling in my calf, like it might cramp or something. I stretch before and after my run- is there something I'm missing? Maybe someone could suggest some calf stretches as I only know a few. Thanks in advance!

How do you stay motivated?
I lost weight a few years back and everyone said I looked great. Then exam stress hit, I quit my sport because I had no time to do it and now I'm at university with the laziest lifestyle :') I go through phases where I'll get off my butt and go for a run, or I'll eat healthy. But then I'll start making excuses not to run…
