Done 5.5 miles so far! Got 19.5 to go. Did 2 miles today down this beautiful river path in the evening and even had bats swooping around my head it was awesome! Yay I am back! Missed my goal for May due to illness/family emergency but I wanna get going again :) Going to aim for 25 miles as I am in the middle of my exams so know I'll probably miss a few runs for studying!

Yeah I wouldn't cut back on calories because that makes you more likely to binge again. Like some of the above posters said, try and fit a little chocolate into your normal calories. If you're getting some then you're less likely to binge than if you cut it out completely. Good luck!

Thanks for the lovely welcome :D If my landlord and lifestyle would allow it, I would definitely have my own dog by now! :) I try to run with my parent's dog when I visit home but she is far too mischievous! I hope you feel better soon!

What do you guys use to measure how far you've been running? I think google maps sometimes over estimates how far it is and I don't have one of those cool gps trackers :P

Ohh okay I see, so even just moving about the house counts like cooking, cleaning etc? :) Awesome, I guess I fall under lightly active then seeing as we have a 3 floor house and I do actually go up and down the stairs a lot :')

Reading all of your posts is very inspiring and makes me hope I can keep up running long-term :) Please remember I started late: 5/16 1.8 miles 5/17 1.8 miles 5/18 1.8 miles 5/19 1.8 miles I hope I can start upping the distance soon :D

I changed my goal on the website and had a similar issue. For me, updating my goal on my phone app as well fixed it because it wasn't syncing properly

Good luck with the heart damage you'll gain from this. Not to mention all the other health problems. Please take everyone's advice and do this with a healthy calorie deficit and exercise. You'll be much happier and healthier in the long run.

So I tried logging out and back in on both my phone and the website on my computer. No luck! Found out I had to change my goal via the phone app (I originally did it on the website) for some reason when it synced it was messing up my goals on the website
