Weekly weight watch...
I was weighing myself daily, now I can see the advantages of weighing myself weekly. Thanks myfitnesspal. Went from 207 to 204 in the first week. In the middle of the week I had way to many calories, but the rest of the week made up for it. Weighing yourself weekly can be more positive and encouraging.

This time I'm serious
Dropped my daily calorie allowance to 1200, the minimum allowed for a male adult. First day lost two lbs already. 205. Need to get to 180.

Back on Track...
Feel like I am back on track. Being close to the beach helps. Love walking the beach for exercise. The beach bar and grills help too. Allowed myself a few more calories every day, which takes the pressure off, and now my weight loss should be a little more consistant.

Back to the Start
Extended my calorie limit from 1500 a day to 2000 a day. Much better. Weight loss will be slower, but more consistent. Feel really good about it. Plus I am using my own invention of "Calorie Cards" along with my own "weight chart and graph" which helps me to clearly see my progress over an extend time .Really helps.…

Beautiful Beach and Seaside restaurants makes it hard to lose...
Well, I am still on schedule for losing weight. Just slower than planned. The food here is so good, so tempting, and the margaritas are unsurpassed. And sitting next to the ocean while indulging makes it all the more difficult. But posting every day my efforts and my weight is a huge help. Awareness is important. : )

Seesaw
