Extended my calorie limit from 1500 a day to 2000 a day. Much better. Weight loss will be slower, but more consistent. Feel really good about it. Plus I am using my own invention of "Calorie Cards" along with my own "weight chart and graph" which helps me to clearly see my progress over an extend time .Really helps. Designed for my personal needs. Then at the end of the day I just transfer my calorie count to myfitnesspal. : ) Already back to losing. More incentive now. : )
