Hi, I started my new life style on last Thursday and I am still working out the kinks. I am really trying to increase my protein and limit my carbs while flat out eliminating refined sugars. If willing, please share some of your go to food choices. Thanks

Do you count any water based drink towards your water count, ie.. tea, coffee, crystal light, etc... ? or do you only count pure water?
