Do you count any water based drink towards your water count, ie.. tea, coffee, crystal light, etc... ? or do you only count pure water?

Yep. Replace the word water with fluid .

I only count actual water intake towards my water for the day. Then I include any other beverages I may have (coffee, tea, etc.) as a part of my meals and/or snacks.
