Hi. I'm trying to get back to a healthier balanced lifestyle and would love some buddies. I'm 39. Try to work out 5 times. Week. Mainly piyo home workouts and some cardiovascular on my elliptical. Trying to add back running too but it's a slow process! I eat gluten and dairy free! Please add me ;)

skinny fat starting tomorrow, anyone else?
Hi! I am looking to tone up my jiggly bits! I am only 5 feet and 90ish pounds so not looking to lose weight but tone up! Also starting a 12 week training program for my 2nd half marathon in September :) I am in the 1200 calorie range but gluten, dairy and egg free so this will be a challenge! Please add me :)

hot yoga for toning?
I am running my first half marathon Nov 9th, to give my knees a break over the winter I thought about doing hot yoga 3x's per week. Along with a long run once a week and I also have an elliptical and TRX at home. Is yoga enough to tone? I am NOT looking to lose any weight just clean up my body. Thanks!!
