Hi. I'm trying to get back to a healthier balanced lifestyle and would love some buddies. I'm 39. Try to work out 5 times. Week. Mainly piyo home workouts and some cardiovascular on my elliptical. Trying to add back running too but it's a slow process! I eat gluten and dairy free! Please add me ;)

    Hiya I added you! I'm trying to lose 1 stone. Lost 7 pounds so far. I work out daily just walking my dog, walking to work and occaisionally running and small amount of strength training!
