Working out problems?!
It's been a few weeks now that I have changed my lifestyle and at first I had shin splits only in one leg though, then after that went away I had pain in just one of my ankles, then after that stopped hurting my right leg muscle above my knee started hurting. My question is why just in one leg not both?? Thanks!

How many calories should I be eating?
I am starting to eat 1,700 calories a day, and burning 500 calories. So my body will be running on 1,200 calories. Will that help me lose weight? (I'm 5'2" and weigh 168) I just figured out today I was doing it all wrong, and not eating enough to lose weight I would have actually been gaining. Thanks!

Daily headaches!
Two days tomorrow will be a good week since I started eating healthy and working out 6 days a week! I'm drinking enough water, I'm eating my calories, and I'm also taking my vitamins!
